privacy policy
Nancy's is committed to protecting the personal data of our guests. This policy explains how WITH YOU EVENTS LIMITED ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your information.
1. Who we are
Nancy's is a venue operated by WITH YOU EVENTS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales.
2. What we collect and why
Group bookings and private hire enquiries: when you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, company name (if provided) and the details of your event (date, time, duration, group size, budget, preferred space and any comments). This information is stored in Tripleseat, our event management system, and used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and manage your booking.
Table bookings: when you book a table through Tripleseat, we receive your name, email address and phone number to manage your reservation.
Marketing: we only send promotional emails if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Website analytics: we collect anonymised usage data to improve our website.
3. Legal basis
We process enquiry and booking data to respond to your request and to perform our agreement with you. We send marketing emails only with your consent. Analytics are based on our legitimate interest in improving our services, subject to your cookie preferences.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted service providers to run our business, including Tripleseat (bookings and event management), Webflow (website and forms), Make (automation that passes enquiries to our event system), our email providers and analytics tools.
5. Retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law, and we protect it with appropriate security measures.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact hello@nancys.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
